Job Description

We are looking for a talented Sales and Marketing Specialist to join the OpenCampus team.

 

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify, research, and prospect new business leads.
  • Manage leads and conversion activities from initial contact to closed deals.
  • Maintain and optimize the sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.

 

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Manage OpenCampus LinkedIn and other social media channels to boost engagement and brand visibility.
  • Create and publish fresh, relevant content for the company website.
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital assets.

 

Client Relationship Management

  • Provide post-sales client support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Gather and write compelling case studies and client testimonials.

 

Content & Campaign Development

  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role (B2B SaaS or education technology experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and sales pipeline management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging marketing content.
  • Proficiency in managing corporate social media accounts.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.

Job Description

We are looking for Senior Technical Consultants primarily responsible for backend management and maintenance during and after product integration projects.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation and integration of OpenCampus products

  • Provide technical expertise including application installation, infrastructure consulting, and database knowledge

  • Provide support to customer issues; Troubleshoot and debug application errors and performance issues

  • Focus on efficient use of CI/CD processes and tools for AWS cloud migration with special attention to characteristics like reuse, scalability, resilience and performance of the migration solutions.

  • Provide validation of configured systems, data integration and migrations.

  • Work with project managers, and integration teams to support the implementation process

  • Work with the product development team to insure continuous product improvements

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding working with web solutions PHP implementations in a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) environment

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer sciences or other relevant area

  • Solid knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery

  • Hands-on experience using compute, networking, storage and database AWS services

  • Strong understanding of APIs (SOAP, REST)

  • Experience working with Drupal (big plus)

  • Strong motivation and team orientation

Job Description

We are looking for an Integration Consultant for large scale customer projects providing expertise technical and customer services on projects as part of the OpenCampus implementation team. Training will be provided on the Job.

Responsibilities

  • Configure systems, provide data integration and migration for project deliverables

  • Understand and analyse customer requirements and apply best practice methods

  • Provide validation of configured systems, data integration and migrations.

  • Provide technical expertise including application installation, infrastructure consulting, and database knowledge and customer service.

  • Advise customers on validation approaches

  • Conduct presentations, workshops, and meetings with customers. Prepare well written and concise technical documentation.

  • Training users and administrators. Mentoring and coaching customers and team members.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

  • BS in Computer Science, Information Services or other related fields

  • Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies

  • Experience authoring requirements, definition, design and other related project and system

  • 5 years of experience in systems integration and consulting services

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in coordination with clients (Project Management)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English

  • Knowledge of SQL and troubleshooting and Unix/Linux operating system
